This washed Ethiopian is from the Ayele Tulu washing station in Bona Zuria, Sidamo. The eponymous Ayele Tulu founded the washing station in 2014, and his eldest son Tsegab runs an export company, Heleph Coffee Export, so the same family takes care of the coffee from tree to ship. Expect bright, vibrant notes of berries and peach with lovely jasmine floral notes. This coffee is compiled from a mix of heirloom varieties from the Jimma Agricultural Research Center (JARC).
